Once the email template is created, you can manage it from the dashboard of the Email Customizer For WooCommerce plugin.

Manage Template
Navigate to Email Customizer > Manage Template.
The Email templates you have created will be listed here. You can edit the template by selecting the Edit option below the corresponding email template. Also, the Delete option allows you to delete the template in a single click.
Duplicate the template
To create a copy of the template, you don’t need to start from scratch.
Navigate to the Edit part of the desired template and provide a new name to the template.
Once the name is given, click on the Save button and your template gets duplicated.
Sample Templates
The plugin comes with various sample templates for different statuses. To see the available templates, select the Sample Templates option from the dashboard of the plugin.
Here, each template is listed with a template name and related description. So that you can easily analyze the status of the template.
These sample templates can be edited by simply clicking on the Edit option below the corresponding template name. Once the sample template is edited and saved, then it moves to the Custom Templates. So that all the rest customizations of the template can be done from this section.
Template Mapping
The Template Mapping section allows you to choose a template for each status.
Using WooCommerce Email Customiser, WooCommerce emails like Admin New Order, Cancelled Order, Failed Order, Customer Completed Order, On Hold Order, Processing Order, Refund Order, Invoice/Order Details, Customer Note, Reset Password, New Account, etc. can be customized.
Select the Choose from saved templates option of the desired status and choose the template that matches the status. Each status will be having a default email subject with a placeholder. You can edit the default email subject form the Edit email subject textbox.
Save changes once the templates are assigned to required emails.
Reset Templates to Default
You can revert all settings by clicking on the Reset to default button.
Note: All the saved templates will be lost upon resetting.
