Add FAQs

You can add FAQs into either any of your WordPress pages or Product pages. To do so,

Go to Dashboard⟶Navigate to FAQs.

Add FAQs to the Product page:

With the following steps, you can easily add FAQs to the Product page:

1. Go to Add New menu to create new FAQs. For the existing FAQs, go to Edit FAQs.
2. Provide the necessary details like title for the FAQ set, title for each FAQs, media for the content and title icon.
3. From the Product Page section, turn on the Add to Product Page toggle button.
4. Now, go to Products⟶All Product⟶Edit Product ⟶Product Data section⟶FAQ Settings.
5. From the Select FAQ IDs dropdown, select the shortcodes corresponding to the required FAQ sets.
6. Click on Update button after making the necessary changes.

Add FAQs to the WordPress widgets:

With the following steps, you can easily add FAQs to the WordPress widget:

1. Go to Dashboard⟶Navigate to FAQs⟶All FAQ.
2. Copy the shortcode of the required FAQ.
3. Go to Dashboard⟶Navigate to Appearance menu⟶ Widgets.
4. Drag and drop the text widget to the desired widget position menu.
5. Paste the copied shortcode in the space provided.
6. Click on Save after making the necessary changes.
7. Click on Done to confirm the changes.

Display FAQs using shortcodes:

You can add FAQs into your WordPress pages by following the below-given steps:

1. Go to Add New menu to create new FAQs.
2. Add a suitable title for the FAQ set.
3. Provide an appropriate title for the FAQ, add media to the FAQ content. Also, choose a custom title icon for the same.
4. Click on + Add new item to add more FAQs into the set.
5. From the Shortcode section, copy the displayed FAQ id by clicking the copy button next to it.
6. Publish the FAQ once the changes are made.
7. Paste the shortcode in your WordPress page wherever you want to display the FAQs.
